We are looking for an IT Business Partner - Finland to join Norlandia Health & Care Group at our Espoo office

Norlandia Health & Care Group, NHC, provides high-quality early childhood education, elderly care, disability services, child welfare services, patient hotel services, and home care services across Finland. Our operations are built on high quality, responsibility, and a people-centered approach. We are now looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Finnish support organization to strengthen IT services for our businesses and support the continuous development of our operations.

About the role

As an IT Business Partner - Finland, you will be responsible for the overall IT function of Norlandia Finland and serve as a trusted IT partner to the business. The role acts as the primary IT partner for the Finnish business while working as an integrated member of the NHC IT organization. The role reports to the Finland Country Manager and NHC IT.

You will work closely with business functions, managers, service providers, and NHC IT team. You approach IT challenges in a practical, proactive, and service-oriented manner, finding effective solutions that support daily operations. Success in this role requires the ability to understand the bigger picture while also being willing to take hands-on responsibility when operational situations require it.

The role includes travel to our locations across Finland sometimes even on a short notice.

NHC has an external IT operation partner, Sopra Steria, who delivers first line support and operates the M365 tenant for all countries in NHC Group. In addition, NHC Group has a centralized internal IT department, NHC IT, which is located in Oslo and Stockholm. NHC IT delivers second and third line support, including network Services to all countries in NHC Group.

Expected skills

Experience in managing outsourced IT services and suppliers
Service Level Agreement (SLA) follow-up
IT Service Management
Vendor Management
Experience in coordinating site openings, acquisitions and IT integrations
Network competence (patching, IPv4, Meraki, Unifi, etc.)
M365, AD DS, Windows 11, Intune environment
Project management in IT projects (startups, system implementation, etc.)
Basic knowledge of office hardware
Ability to develop AI use in the organization is regarded as a benefit

IT uses ServiceNow as a ticketing system and CMDB, and it is an advantage if you are used to ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.

What we expect from you

Relevant education and several years of experience in managing, maintaining, and developing IT systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and related services
Experience in coordinating IT services, vendor relationships, and technical solutions
Ability to work independently, systematically, and in a solution-oriented manner, strong ability to actively seek for solutions for future challenges as well
Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
Willingness to travel between locations across Finland when required
Experience working in a multi-site organization or service business environment is considered an advantage
Excellent Finnish language skills as well as good written and spoken English
